These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Sit N Sleep 4 Less, including purchasing products through sitandsleep4less.com, visiting our showroom, or engaging with our customer service team. By using our Site or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. Product Availability

How to Know if an Item is Available

  • In-Stock | Ready to Go: Item is ready for immediate delivery.
  • In-Stock: Item will typically be available within one week.
  • Shipping Time May Vary: Please contact us for an estimated delivery timeframe (usually 4–8 weeks).

We maintain active showrooms and warehouse facilities serving the Greater St. Louis Metro Area, including: St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Jefferson County, Franklin County, Madison County (IL), St. Clair County (IL), Monroe County (IL), and surrounding regions.

  • Hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Call us to verify product availability before visiting.

Pick-Up Option

Customers can pick up furniture directly from our warehouse to receive items faster.

2. Order Verification and Security

To protect against fraud, certain orders may be flagged as medium or high risk. If this occurs, we may request:

  • A photo ID matching the billing name.
  • A screenshot of the card used (showing only the last four digits).
  • Proof of payment authorization from your bank.

These steps are required to verify identity and prevent fraudulent transactions. All data shared for verification is kept confidential and securely stored.

3. Order Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy depends on order stage, processing time, and inventory availability.

  • Orders not yet processed may be canceled for a full refund.
  • Orders already processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
  • If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund upon request.

We strive to handle all refunds and cancellations promptly and efficiently.

4. Delivery Methods

Sit N Sleep 4 Less offers four delivery options for the St. Louis Metro Missouri and Illinois area:

  1. Indoor Drop-Off: Delivery inside the front door. Self-assembly required.
  2. In-Room Delivery: Delivery to a specified room. Self-assembly required.
  3. White Glove Delivery: Full-service setup, assembly, and packaging removal.
  4. Outdoor Drop-Off: Curbside delivery for out-of-area or long-distance orders.

Delivery times depend on vendor availability, location, weather, and other external factors. We service all major areas including: St. Louis City, St. Louis County, Clayton, Florissant, Hazelwood, Maryland Heights, Chesterfield, Kirkwood, Fenton, Arnold, St. Charles, O’Fallon, Wentzville, Edwardsville, Belleville, Collinsville, Granite City, Alton, Fairview Heights, and surrounding counties.

We will notify you one day before delivery with a three-hour delivery window. Drivers will call 15–30 minutes before arrival.

5. Customer Delivery Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Review your selected delivery method.
  • Provide an accurate address and delivery notes.
  • Disclose any gate codes or access instructions.
  • Confirm delivery via text, email, or phone.
  • Be home during the three-hour delivery window (drivers wait a maximum of 10–15 minutes).
  • Keep a valid photo ID ready for verification.
  • Be prepared to sign for delivery.

If you miss your scheduled delivery, call us immediately to reschedule. A redelivery fee will apply.

6. Product Appearance Disclaimer

Product colors, finishes, or materials may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting conditions. To make the best decision:

  • Review all product images from multiple angles.
  • Check material and finish descriptions.
  • Measure your space to ensure proper fit.

7. Delivery Modifications and Issues

Missed Delivery

If you were not home at the time of delivery, contact us immediately to reschedule. A second delivery fee will apply.

Upgrading Delivery Method

You may upgrade your delivery service (e.g., to White Glove) by calling us prior to the delivery date.

Old Furniture

Our team does not automatically remove old furniture. Contact us to discuss potential removal or disposal options.

8. Returns and Refunds

Refund Processing Time

If your order cancellation or return is approved, your refund will appear on the original payment method within 3–5 business days. We do not issue refunds in cash, check, or to an alternate payment method.

Reporting Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 24 hours by phone or email. Provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos and description of the incorrect item

Failure to report within 24 hours may void refund eligibility.

Handling Wrong Items

Do not dispose of the incorrect item until you receive instructions from our customer service team. If you dispose of the item prematurely, you will forfeit the right to a refund.

Exchanges

We can exchange incorrect items for the correct ones. Contact our support team for arrangements.

9. Force Majeure and Delays

Unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, supply chain interruptions, or changes in carrier capacity may delay delivery. We will notify you promptly of any changes to your delivery schedule.

By purchasing products from or engaging with Sit N Sleep 4 Less, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and any updates will be posted on this page with the revised "Last updated" date.
